Why is Will Drafting important?
A will is a document that allows you to control how your property and other assets (your estate) are distributed after you die. A will also allows you to make provision for your children should you pass away while they are still minors. We work with clients to make these very personal decisions and prepare their will documents.

HOW IT WORKS
When you contact our office to have a will prepared, we will book an initial appointment where we will discuss your situation and how to best distribute your assets. Our office will provide you with an intake form that will help you to review all the relevant information, such as family names and birthdays, in preparation for your intake appointment.
Following the intake appointment, our office will draft your will and provide you with a copy of your review and approval. Once the will is complete, we will book an appointment to sign the will.
Our office also prepares powers of attorney for property and personal care.
